offers a palliative care approach to patients experiencing
life-threatening, life-limiting or advanced illness by
providing services to improve the quality of life.
Treatments or procedures are provided that contribute to the
comfort of the patient. Our Hope at Home Program is founded
on compassion and the belief that people have the right to
make decisions regarding the type of healthcare they
