Andrea Wilson, M.P.A. FACHE
Executive Director
Since 1995, as Executive Director for the NMVNA, Andrea has had the responsibility to plan, staff, direct and implement the affairs of the agency under the direction of the Board. She has implemented many clinical and technological changes throughout the agency, keeping the agency up to date with current health care practices and policy’s while maintaining overall quality of patient care and service.
Linda McDonald, R.N., B.S.N.
Clinical Supervisor
Linda “Lin” has been with our agency for 7 years as the Clinical supervisor in charge of full-time, part-time and per diem RN’s. She is also the clinical supervisor for our Hospice program. Lin holds a BSN from Syracuse University. She has worked in home care for over 25 years.
Linda Lewis, R.N., B.S.N.
Hospice Director
As Director of the NMVNA Hospice Program since 1993 Linda is responsible for coordinating and supervising all Hospice care and clinical services to include ongoing review and revision of patient’s plan of care and services. She is also responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating the Interdisciplinary Team which identifies and provides Hospice and pre-Hospice services to patients and families. She also directs and coordinates all of the agency’s many bereavement services.
Sue McElroy, RN,

Ancillary Staff Supervisor
Sue has been with our agency for 14 years, beginning as a primary care nurse. For the past 11 years she has been the supervisor of our rehabilitation therapist, home health aides, and homemakers. She is also the Administrative Coordinator and nurse monitor of the agency’s TeleHealth monitoring program. Sue has extensive experience from her many years of nursing at hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physical rehabilitation facilities, physician offices and in homecare.
Geri Rodda, R.N
Community Health Coordinator,
Certificate in Travel Health, Author of Lyme in Rhyme and The Flu and You
Geri has over 25 years experience in home health nursing and develops health programs based on community needs. Geri manages our Well child clinic, Travel based vaccination program, Immunization program, Blood pressure screenings, cholesterol and diabetic screenings, Depression screenings, Lyme disease education and is a child care consultant. She is also the Public health Nurse for the Town of New Milford.
Cecile Rooney, R.N.
Quality Assurance Coordinator, Compliance/HIPAA Officer
Cecile has been with our agency for 17 years. For the first 9 years she was out in the field treating patients. Now as our Quality Assurance Coordinator and Compliance/HIPAA Officer, Cecile makes sure that the agency is in compliance with State, Medicare and CHAP regulations, while being responsible for the management of all quality assurance activities
Mary Sue Gerson, BSN, Intake Nurse
A vital link between a referral source and the New Milford VNA. With over 25 years of nursing experience with the New Milford VNA, Mary Sue communicates directly with the hospital, rehabilitation facility or physician, coordinating the New Milford VNA’s services to help to make the transition from facility or acute care to home as smooth as possible.
