The New Milford Visiting Nurse Association, Inc. is a non-profit health care agency dedicated to providing quality home care, Hospice, and public health services to the Greater New Milford area.
Formed in 1918 during the worldwide flu epidemic, our association has a group history of 90 years; serving residents within the communities of New Milford, Bridgewater Brookfield, Kent, New Fairfield., Roxbury, Sherman, Warren and Washington

We are accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) Licensed by the State of Connecticut, Certified by Medicare.
Our Hospice program is Medicare Certified and State of Connecticut licensed.
